| Job Description | The Naturalist Intern position is a multi-faceted position in which the intern will be trained to be a naturalist and work as office help. The intern will work as a naturalist that takes groups of 15-20 students through the forest and beach communities on an educational hike. They will also assist the Program Director and Program Coordinator in completing their daily duties. Contact the school for more information. | ||

| Qualifications | Education: A BA or BS in science, education, recreation, or related field. Experience: Applicants should have prior experience working with children, preferably in an outdoor teaching setting, including other outdoor education programs, public or private schools, camps, park systems, etc. Certifications: All staff must hold current certification in Standard First Aid and CPR prior to employment. Wilderness First Aid or WFR certification is encouraged. Additional pay ($5/per day) is given for certificate as an EMT. |
