State Meeting November 2-4

- Maggie would like everyone to look at the By-Laws to see what needs to be changed

- Maggie will be making the schedule for the meeting...e-mail changes and concerns to Maggie

via attachments

By-Laws:

Debbie, as well as others, agree that the money should be taken care of at the top and then travel down to other areas of the

board and AEOE areas

E-Mails:

- Send e-mails only to the person they need to go to not to everyone as to minimize the e-mail we all receive

- Helen is going to take care of adding new people to the e-mail group

Lawyers:

- $1000 is needed for the contract for the lawyers... $500 from north, $500 from the south

- We need to get a check from Zayanne

- Maggie, Debbie and Mike will work on the notes/list/questions for the lawyers

AEOE Address:

- Discussion about having an AEOE ONLY mailing address. Maggie says she might open one in Wrightwood

- Kathleen will remind Maggie to do this

Activities for the Spring

- Bird Watching (Mike in charge of...In January)

- Winter sports (Laura in charge of... In February)

- Canoeing on the Colorado (Julie in charge of....In March)

Next Year Fall Conference

- An AEOE Parking Pass System

Spring Conference

- Who We Have... Byrd Ballor, Art Sussman, Mate Weya, Mo Joi, Bill Andrews

- 10 people have replied for presentation

........Maggie, send presenter list to Robin

- Helen is doing pre-registration

........Registration deadline will be 10 days before conference

- Michael will call Hess Kramer to see when they need the last count for food and tell Helen so we know when the Blackout

date will be

- Feb 1st will be the newsletter deadline so there will be enough time to get registration in

- Maggie will update the AEOE flyer if she has it on disk

- Maggie will send Zayanne, Helen and robin registration forms for their input

- Maggie will send robin previous feedback forms

- We will meet at Camp Hess Kramer to check site last weekend in March or First in April.....Robin will email us as to the date

- January 12th 2002 and 11am meeting for planning spring conference @ Maggie’s house in Wrightwood...Maggie will send

directions.... Sleep over if you want...skiing possibilities for Sunday
