NOTE that there is no indoor space or access to power - the fall conference
is a campout!
- Please describe your workshop as you would like it described in all printed

- Do you have a time preference? Is there any time you cannot present? (workshops
will be offered in 3 blocks - Saturday mroning, Saturday afternoon, and Sunday
morning)
- How long will your workshop be? (all the workshop timeslots are flexible,
from 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours)
- Do you have a preference for the maximum number of participants in your
workshop? If so, what is your preference?
Please adhere to the following workshop guidelines:
- Emphasize hands-on participation
if possible.
- This is a camping conference
- there are no facilities for audio-visuals, there is no electricity, and
there is no water in the campsite area. There are some open areas available
for activities, some picnic tables, granite boulders, a small creek, and
lots of forest!
- Presentations will take place
outdoors, regardless of weather. Be prepared by bringing tarps, rope, rain/snow
gear, etc.
- Please bring your own presentation equipment such
as whtieboards, easels, paper, tape, markers, etc.
- Field trips are an option,
with car caravans, if you would like to lead one.
- Allow approximately 1 1/2 hours
for regulare workshops. Double sessions must be either Saturday morning or
afternoon.
