when you click on the submit button.Sponsors are organizations or corporations which provide significant support to AEOE for hosting the conference. In return for sponsorship, the sponsor receives a business card size advertisement in the conference program, prominent notice of the sponsorship and amount in the conference program, registration packet, newsletters and website. Major sponsors also receive a half table exhibitor/vendor space, two conference registrations, and two conference T-shirts. Major sponsors contribute $1000 and above; supporting sponsors contribute $100-999. Contributions are tax deductible except for the value of the items received. The benefit to the organization or corporation of sponsorship is awareness on the part of the 300-450 conference attendees of the activities, publications or products available, and the knowledge of supporting the premier environmental education organization in California.
Sponsor application and payment must be received by January 26 for inclusion in the registration packet and spring newsletters, and by April 13 for inclusion in the conference program. Sponsor information will be posted on the website as soon as application and payment are received.
Note that AEOE reserves the right to reject as sponsors/advertisers any organizations or corporations which are not,in our
sole judgement,environmentally sound or "green."
