Family Rates: We encourage family participation! However, we are charged for each person attending, so we must charge for family members. Family rates are free for children age 5 and under, $55 for children ages 6-12, and $125 for children age 13 and over. These costs are based on what the site is charging us per person, and assuming older children will be participating in the conference. If you have a non-participating family member (such as a spouse that is there to help take care of the children) the fee for that person is $75 to cover our costs. If family members plan to attend workshops, speakers and /or entertainment, however, they will need to pay full price, again to cover our costs for these events. In addition, each attendee MUST be a member, because of insurance. Contact the Conference Registrar for details/questions (see above).
No Meals/No Lodging Rate: A limited number of special off-site registrations will be accepted. THIS RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE MEALS, LODGING OR CAMPING. No food/lodging rates are $60 for early registration, $85 for regular registration, and $115 for on-site registration (same deadlines apply). You may attend workshops and events, including evening events, but you must stay in off-site accommodations and provide your own meals (NO COOKING is allowed on site, so if you bring food, make sure it is pre-cooked or needs no cooking).
