*AEOE Refund Policy:
Registration and current membership is required for all AEOE activities. Please note the early and regular registration dates applicable to conferences. No refunds are given for no-shows or for cancellations less than 7 days from the start of the activity. 75% of the activity fee will be refunded for cancellations received at least 14 days in advance, and 50% for cancellations received between 7 and 13 days before the activity. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Carpooling is encouraged – parking is limited. Click here for an online ride share forum if you can offer a ride to others, or if you need to find a ride.

Entertainment: Saturday Night Open Mic will be hosted by Rich and Tonya Mandl of Rhyme and Reason. Bring your talents to share!

Things to bring:
Camping and dorms are available! Bring your tent or ground cloth if you are camping; everyone will need a sleeping bag, pillow, etc.
Cost includes 3 meals on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. Eat Friday dinner on your own and bring snacks for in between meals. No Camp stoves or fires allowed on site due to fire restrictions.
Musical Instruments (share your talent at Saturday night’s open mic!)
Naturalist Gear (guidebooks, binoculars, etc – if you have a telescope for stargazing, bring that, too!)
Chair (those Crazy Creek chairs sure are nice in workshops!)
Yoga Mat for Yoga Workshop
