Cost: $30 advanced registration prior to 10/29/2011. $50 per person walk-in on-site registration. Approved workshop presenters will receive a $15 discount on registration.

Registration: Advance Registration has now ended. If you would like to attend the southern or northern conferences, please bring cash or check to pay when you register. The walk-in fee is $50 and you must become or be a current AEOE member.
Lodging: Cost includes camping or dorm accommodations. Quiet hours in quiet camping and dorms is 10 p.m. Quiet hours in festive camping is 11 p.m.
Rancho Alegre is a dry site. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are not permitted.
Food: Meals are not included – bring your camp stove to cook on-site. Bring an item to share for Saturday Night’s Burrito Potluck Dinner. Camp stoves, backpacking stoves, self-contained propane stoves are allowed.
