Where: Little Basin (part of Big Basin State Park) Near Boulder Creek, Santa Cruz Mountains.

Cost: $30 for advanced registration prior to 10/22. $50 for walk-in on-site registration. Approved workshop presenters will receive a $15 discount on registration.

Meals: Three meals are included. Continental breakfasts (bagels w/ toppings, fruit) on Saturday and Sunday mornings, plus a burrito dinner on Saturday night. Bring a dessert to share for Friday or Saturday night.
Lodging: Camping or rustic cabins (bunk beds – mattresses supplied but bring your own bedding, no heat or electricity).
Restrooms and hot showers on site.
This site does not allow smoking or alcohol.
Parking space is limited so please carpool with as many people as can safely fit in the vehicle!
What to bring: yourself and co-workers, lunch for Sat. and any snacks, musical instruments, recreation equipment, sleeping bag, tent, pillow, toiletries, pen and paper, and awesome ideas to share.
Registration: Advance Registration has now ended. If you would like to attend the southern or northern conferences, please bring cash or check to pay when you register. The walk-in fee is $50 and you must become or be a current AEOE member.
