Program Manager


Job Description: Collaborate with the Executive Director and the Board of Trustees to develop and provide program services to local youth. The Program Manager is responsible for overall program creation, implementation, and management.

The PM reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for creating and implementing a full range of youth and environmental program services for Acorn Soupe (AS). Responsibilities include managing AS’s outdoor education, restoration projects, and community outreach events that are alignment with AS’s mission.

Responsibilities include professionally managing internal and external communications, field staff management, program development, restoration management, grant implementation, and general field administration. In addition, the Program Manager meets with the Executive Director twice a month to discuss existing and upcoming programs and potential opportunities.
