
Description: The Outdoor Program Assitant Director is a seasonal (9 month) position, with the possiblity of work in the winter months. Working directly with the Outdoor Education Director, including, but not limited to: Teaching programs, assist director with training staff, help with scheduling programs, slide presentations to clients and helping out with general camp duties.
Qualifications: Must have at least 2-4 years experience in teaching day & residential outdoor programs. Ablility to hike & teach all day in elevation above 5000' as well as work some evening programs. Current WFA (WFR preferred), Red Cross Lifegaurd Certification or ability to obtain before start date. The Qualified applicant needs to be high energy, flexible, ability to work with multitude of populations and ages.
