Return To Freedom’s mission is to save the American Wild Horse by meeting their immediate needs of rescue and sanctuary as we create solutions to protect their freedom, diversity and habitats for generations to come. The Sanctuary serves to benefit people through direct experience with animals and the environment, thereby enriching the human spirit.

Through direct contact and sensitive observation, we hope to facilitate a deep reverence for the communities and family groups that exist in the natural world. Our focus is the American Wild Horse.

In Santa Barbara County, near Lompoc, off route 1, left on Jalama Rd., turn right just after where the reddish brown barn meets the side of the road, follow one lane paved road to sanctuary. More details by return e-mail.
