Yes! The Sixth Annual AEOE Snowplay Weekend

What:

The first Snowplay brought 4’of snow in two days. Next year we had a lack of snow and went to Yosemite for play (it was rough!) Last year was the best combo of snow and sun yet sending us off in various directions snowshoeing, tubing, and downhill and X-country skiing. The cost of the weekend includes snug accommodations, breakfast Saturday and Sunday, snow tubes for sliding and even a plow if necessary. In the past we’ve had members from Northern Yosemite to SCICON and as far away as Santa Cruz come play. We’d like to have your area represented this year. Join us!

Bring:

Snow toys (snowshoes, skis, etc), Lunch munchies and BBQ/Dinner stuff for Saturday evening, Sleeping gear (mattresses provided), Chains and shovel for your vehicle, Extra cash for going to Badger Pass (a historic ski area about 40 minutes away) in Yosemite for cross country or downhill skiing, Smiles, Stories, Instruments, and Ideas for more outings. Remember to bring a National Park pass or $20 entrance fee.

RSVP required.

If you would like to arrive early on Friday, inquire when you RSVP. Indicate if you need a carpool or can take other passengers. We will set our own play schedules and gather for meals.
