Archived: Fourth Annual Snow Play Weekend!

It is time again for the annual AEOE Snowplay Get-Away Weekend at Green Meadows Outdoor School! This year the cost is only $20 per person. All participants must be AEOE members; non-members are welcome to join when you arrive for the weekend.

Every year has been a memory-maker: the first year we had an epic snow fall (4 feet in two days!). One year was sunny and no snow except in Yosemite. Come find out what this year's adventure will be!

The cost of the weekend includes cozy accommodations, breakfast Saturday and Sunday, and snow tubes for sliding. We even provide the snowplow if needed!

Bring your own:

• Snow toys (snowshoes, skis, etc)
• Lunch munchies and bar-be-cue stuff for Saturday evening.
• Sleeping gear
• Snow gear
• Chains and shovel for your vehicle
• Extra cash if you want to adventure to Badger Pass (a historic ski area about 40 minutes away inside Yosemite) for downhill or cross-country skiing.
• Smiles, stories, songs, instruments

If you would like the fun to begin early by arriving on Friday evening, you MUST RSVP and plan to arrive after 6pm. We will set our own play schedules and gather at meals. If we get a large turn-out, the cost may come down a few dollars, so tell your friends!
