The AEOE Board consists of 9-16 directors, 4 of which are officers (President, Vice President, CFO, and Secretary). 6 of the directors (the Council Chair positions) are elected by their respective Councils. All Board members are volunteers. Some may serve more than one role, such as serving on a Council or as coordinator (fundraising, membership, etc.). These dedicated and giving people ensure that AEOE meets all fiscal and legal responsibilities while steering the development of the organization and coordinating three super conferences a year!
