The Kitchen Manager works closely with the Head Cook to execute all facets of meal planning, preparation and service for 75 children and adults for 9 weeks of summer camp programs at the Clem Miller Environmental Education Center in Point Reyes National Seashore. Duties include scheduling and supervising kitchen staff, weekly shopping & food sourcing, food preparation and kitchen clean up. This is a whole, handmade, fresh foods kitchen. This is a full-time seasonal position with required onsite residency in a shared dormitory style cabin and/or your own tent.
Kitchen Manager pay starts at $600/ week (DOE) plus meals during camp.
