Lesley University - Offers a masters in Ecological Teaching and Learning for those already employed in an educational setting. It includes two summer field experiences (one rural, one urban) and an action research project (thesis equivalent).

Montana State University - Offers a graduate certificate in science teaching through the National Teachers Enhancement Network (NTEN), 100% online.
