    Brief Description: The Camp Sales Representative position at Pali Adventures is an administration role with the primary responsibility for creating, upholding, and maintaining strong customer relations with our new and returning Summer Camp families. The Camp Sales Representative will work directly with the Relationship Director to maintain a high level of integrity while the summer camp is in operation and throughout the rest of the year.


    • §  Must have prior experience in a customer service role.
    • §  Experience working professionally in an office.
    • §  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • §  Ability to effectively and tactfully communicate (verbally and written) concerns, feedback and information to parents, staff, and administration.
    • §  Proficient with Mac computers, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
    • §  Must demonstrate good judgment and decision-making ability.
    • §  Must have initiative and be able to work with minimal supervision.
    • §  Must be able to lift at least 25lbs.
    • §  Must be comfortable working in inclement weather (rain, snow, ice, and fog).
    • §  Must be approachable.
    • §  Must be a 100% organized.
    • §  Must be flexible and 100% committed to the excellence of Pali Adventures Summer Camp.



    • §  Answer in-coming calls on the first ring.
    • §  Turn leads into customers.
    • §  Transfer calls to the correct department and have knowledge of all Pali Companies.
    • §  Manage leads through the Pali Database and correspond through various avenues.
    • §  Contact families during Early Bird discount periods.
    • §  Interact with website visitors though Live Chat during business hours, some evenings and weekends.
    • §  Prepare and mail out Sales Kits.
    • §  Take enrollments and process payments.
    • §  Attend camp fairs, expos, school carnivals, home visits and Open House events. These may require overnight travel.
    • §  Post Office mail collections of a rotating basis.
    • §  Familiar with all summer camp programs, summer camp schedule, and ACA/ WAIC Accreditations.
    • §  Assist with Summer Camp Arrival/ Departure Days (Sat/ Sun)
    • §  Provide parental support after enrollment (parent pack documentation, details leading up to camp, etc.).
    • §  Provide parental support during their child’s stay (transportation, pick-up drop off and times, parent pack access, etc.)
    • §  Relay pertinent information to staff and parents in a clear and concise manner.
    • §  Other duties as assigned.
    • §  Willingness to continue advanced trainings and perform in service trainings.


    • §  Hourly position, full time at 40-hour a week.
    • §  Typically, Monday to Friday (8:00am – 6:00pm OFF SEASON).
    • §  Most weekends and evenings until 7:00-8:00pm during Spring and Summer Season.
    • §  Benefits include medical, dental, and life insurance; paid personal days, vacations, and holidays.
    • §  Must pass a background check.
    • §  Quarterly/ Annual Bonus Potential starts after 30 days from start date. This amount is shared with the Sales Team.
