Join Jacqueline Scott and Ambika Tenneti, co-authors and consultants for "Race and Nature in the City - engaging youth of color in nature-based activities."

North America’s population is increasingly multicultural and increasingly urban, in line with a global trend that raises concern about a spreading human disconnect from nature, especially among young and racialized communities.

Jacqueline and Ambika will share about their research, report and toolkit for partnering to serve diverse youth in connecting to nature making access to the outdoors more equitable.

All registrants will be entered to win some great draw prizes! Following the workshop, you will receive a discount link to resources shared, the recording, and access to your Certificate of Attendance.

You can access Race and Nature in the City here: https://naturecanada.ca/race-and-nature-in-the-city/

For those who can’t attend live, each one is recorded and posted on the Outdoor Learning Store's website. The link is also sent directly to all registrants.

Offered in partnership with The Outdoor Learning Store:
