Brief Description of Duties: Implement all facets of meal delivery for a group of 70 campers and staff. Includes cooking, baking, menu planning (including vegetarian options), shopping and cleaning. Supervise 2 other kitchen staff.

Background Information: The Clem Miller Environmental Education Center, home of Point Reyes Summer Camp, is close to one of the finest beaches in Point Reyes National Seashore. This overnight summer camp for boys and girls ages 7-16 explores the rich coastal environments and diverse habitats of one of the country's most beautiful National Parks.

Qualifications:

1. Flexible, responsible, good humored, enthusiastic, team oriented person who will enjoy living in a National Park.
2. Experienced with food service for large groups. Camp experience a plus.
3. Must enjoy being around children.
4. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
5. Willingness to work hard with a great kitchen crew.
6. Need to be certified in first aid techniques and CPR before camp begins.
7. Clean driving record and valid drivers license. Must be 21 years of age.

Salary: $550- $600/ week
Housing: fulltime
