Description = Lead Teacher (site director) is in charge of the weekly / yearly function of the Outdoor Science School site. Hire, train, and supervise naturalist staff. Work with visiting elementary school principals, teachers, and students. Works with volunteer cabin leader program. Serve as a trail naturalist as possible. Administrative site duties. Qualifications = CA Teaching Credential. Minimum one year experience in a Resident Outdoor Science School. Minimum basic first aid and CPR - advanced training preferred. Prior supervisors experience. Salary: Aprox placement on 99-00 teacher salary schedule (60% of year). Min $19,428 - Max $34,734
