Cuyamaca Outdoor School is looking for Outdoor Education Specialist's (limited term) to join our dynamic team. As an OES, you will be trained in the world of outdoor education and take students on hikes through the beautiful wilderness of Cuyamaca Rancho State Park, teaching them about the local flora and fauna, geology, and ecology. You will lead hands-on science lessons, facilitate team building activities, and help students develop a deeper appreciation for the natural world. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners and inspire a love of science and nature that will last a lifetime.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate young students through outdoor activities and environmental education. You will play a vital role in fostering an appreciation for nature while helping students develop teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
