Position details: The Riverside-Corona Resource Conservation District is seeking an inspired educator to help our community become better stewards of the land. Join the team at RCRCD, which was named 2024 Organization of the Year by AEOE for its innovative educational programs (https://aeoe.org/Organization-of-the-Year). The educator performs a variety of duties in support of education and community conservation programs, projects, and activities; plans, develops, and implements methods, techniques, curricula, and strategies for educating the public about the sustainable use of natural resources and promoting the District’s activities, priorities, initiatives, programs, and services to internal and external audiences and providing conservation education to a variety of students and community members; designs, creates, produces, and utilizes various media and forums to provide information to the public and engage with the community; and performs related duties as required.
Compensation: $30-39 per hour, health, vision, dental insurance; vacation, sick leave, cell reimbursement
