Vida Verde is seeking a skilled Development Professional to join our team in a leadership fundraising role, with placement as either Development Director or Development Manager based on experience. This position is central to our mission and focuses on building meaningful relationships with our community of supporters to sustain and grow our work with youth. The Development Professional partners closely with organizational leadership to lead events, strengthen fundraising strategy, steward foundation and individual giving, and support long-term financial health, while representing Vida Verde with care, energy, and integrity in the wider community.

COMPENSATION: 

• The salary range for the Development Director position is $99,000–$115,000 per year, depending on experience and expertise.

**Only apply for the the DD role if you have 3+ years of professional experience in development. 

• The salary range for the Development Manager position is $79,000–$89,000 per year, depending on experience and expertise. 

• The position includes remote work up to 3 days per week, after an initial period. 

• Housing option: on site, shared or independent housing is an optional part of the compensation package (salary adjusted).
