    Age Group Lead - Kestrels & Mini-Camp - YMCA Camp Jones Gulch

    La Honda, San Mateo County

    $745.36 Weekly, plus food & private room in shared housing during camp season

    May 25th - August 8th (with pre- and post- camp extension options)

    YMCA Camp Jones Gulch is looking for a Camper Lead for Kestrels & Mini-Camp, our 8-9 year old traditional camp age group and our 2-night program for 6-8 year olds (mini camp only runs two weeks of the summer), to join our summer Leadership Team.

    The Camper Lead is responsible for for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment that fosters personal growth and skill development for campers. Reporting to the Program Director, this role oversees 8-9 year old age group & mini-camp programs, ensuring a positive experience through activity management and camper support. As part of the Camp Summer Leadership Team, this position supports camp programming, mentors staff, and serves on an overnight on-call rotation to supervise campers.
