YMCA Camp Surf

With our very own beachfront location, YMCA Camp Surf has been fostering connections between young people and the ocean since 1969. Our program is designed for 4th through 6th-grade students, but can be tailored to any age group. Students spend from 3 to 5 days participating in hands-on classes where students explore coastal ecosystems, gain a deeper understanding of natural resources, and improve their outdoor and group building skills. Our naturalist staff hails from across the United States and around the globe, focusing their training and teaching to meet their students' learning needs. At the end of their Camp Surf experience students and campers will return home with stronger connections with their self, stronger connections with others, and stronger connections with nature.
