Hello curious job seeker! Our environmental education team at Westminster Woods is made of a diverse set of people who are each collaborative, fun-loving, skillful and impassioned. As one of our wonderful Teacher Naturalists (TN) transitions to another role within our organization, we are looking to hire an additional TN to round out our team this school year.

• Our camps is nestled into a redwood canyon on the beautiful Dutch Bill Creek in Occidental, CA
• Position responsibilities largely include leading groups of 12-15 students on 1-5 day environmental education and character-development-based field trips 
• Prior to leading their first group, TNs experience 4 weeks of new staff training which includes a level 1 Challenge Course Certification and up to 2 weeks of shadowing program
• TNs are paid hourly. The starting rate is $15.50/hour with housing ($18.50/hour if living offsite)
